Beth Koenig is PCQI and HACCP certified and is a trained SQF and BRCGS Practitioner. Beth Koenig’s food safety and quality assurance experience includes a wide variety of food sectors such as dairy, bakery, ready to eat products, olive oil, corrugated food packaging, and warehousing. During her career, she has held positions of increasing responsibility at large food processing companies. In the auditing world, she has performed multiple third-party audits for Costco and other retailers as well as performed technical review duties for SQF audits.
